Outstanding Support!

I oversee a LOT of WP websites and SmartPost Show (SPS) is always a go-to plugin for me. The other day, I ran into an issue with one of my sites where the SPS shortcode was creating a conflict with the infinite scroll functionality. I reached out to the support team and within a couple of days the problem was solved! I didn’t have to do anything except explain the problem and let them do their thing.

This is what customer support should be like for all companies, but sadly it is not. This is why I am loyal to companies that provide what I need and back it up with exceptional support.
