Outstanding Support

I have been using this plugin for several years now and its a great tool for populating my site with products. Had an issue with the latest import and couldnt get it to do what i needed so asked for help. The guys from Soflyy put together the import for me very quickly. After trying the importi had an issue with the import that looked like a bug. Reported it back to the support team and they managed t o look at my import in detail, replicate the problem i was having on oth my server and theirs and within hours produced a new release witha fix for the issue.

This mod is great and the guys behind it a truly committed to supporting it. Great work!!
