    We have an unconventional server setup, and I couldn’t get the GTranslate dashboard to authenticate to our site (the problem was entirely on our end). The support team responded to my chat within 4 minutes, and helped me troubleshoot the update I needed to make to my .htaccess file to get this plugin up and running. Not only that – they followed up with me later that afternoon to make sure everything had worked. It was so kind, and so caring. I’ve never felt like a support team has been invested in my success like this!

    The plugin itself is working beautifully. We have the pro version, and it’s a stellar editing interface.

    Our site uses PODS, and although it was at one point working with WPML, that integration is no longer functioning. That said, we never liked working with WPML anyway – it was really confusing for our client, and the setup was really cumbersome.

    The GTranslate interface feels so much more intuitive, and it helps us step around all the PODS challenges. We are so impressed so far with what we’ve seen. Thank you, GTranslate team!
