Over selling stock creating negative stock.

Hi Guys,

I hope you can help me i recently launched a website for my girlfriends very popular brownie baking company.

She is receiving high traffic due to releasing orders at a particular time on a particular day each week.

This has unfortunately resulted in people managing to purchase at the exact same time meaning the site is overselling stock and reducing stock levels to Negative one and negative 2 etc…

So stock literally reads “-2” and the orders have been processed and payment taken. see here https://prnt.sc/spl8r7

The product is a variable product with the variation being the day you wish to order and stock is managed at the variation level.

Im using the latest version of woocommerce with impreza 4.
