I have been having problems with 503 errors where a plugin has been using the server’s memory (I.E inodes) the hosting company believes it is the CleanTalk malware scanner. Has something changed so that it is using more resources? Why would a Malware scanner use more resources on the server now?

    thanks

    Terry

    Hello, @reviewinglifeexperiences.

Please, delete all unused, outdated and abandoned plugins and themes from your website. Doing so will reduce the total amount of files for the scanner to check.

We didn’t get reports about such cases so far, we need more details of the issue.

Could you send us your webserver error log? It could be found in your hosting account. You can send the log either via email:
    [email protected]
    Or create a private ticket:
