Overall counter stops working

Hi I’m using this plugin since many years, I was very happy with it but recently I’ve noticed that the overall counter is no longer updating while the daily one works fine.
I’ve tried changing the tracker options, I’ve uninstalled the plugin (keeping the database entries) but still have the issue.
