Overall a very good theme

  • I like the theme but it could be so much better. Seriously, a theme that prides itself on how much you can customize it….yet you can’t adjust sidebar widths. Also, it would be super cool if sidebar transparency worked without requiring custom CSS. I did have an issue with tech support essentially telling me to figure it out on my own, but it must have just been one individual, my second request for support was answered promptly with a workable solution.

  • Sorry, but I totally disagree with your opinion. There are two situations in which the support of the Customizr team is operational: with the free version and with the Pro version. Let’s start with the most obvious, the Pro version. The Pro version (for a fee) has excellent support which, in the version lifetime, does not expire. In the free version the support is punctual and takes into consideration every request. Obviously we must follow the guidelines before submitting useless requests. You have no idea how many theme developers and plugins leave their customers to their fate! So far I have found the Customizr team accurate and punctual in their answers.

    Hi @francocorsi1 thanks for jumping in and for sharing this feedback.
    In this specific case, I have to admit that support could have been better because I realized that the first request ( in the pro support ) of @jshebester had been left unanswered, which is a pretty unusual situation.
    I just had a conversation in the helpdesk with @jshebester and we found a solution for his problem. So it’s all good now!
    In any case, thanks both of you for trusting the theme for your online presence.
