Overbooking in “no pending” event

    Hello
    I have a event that tickets don’t have need pending, go immediately confirm.
    And this works
    but the overbooking doesn’t work
    I will have need the the tickets in overbooking will be go in “pending” mode
    It’s possible?

    Second solution:
    I have try create two list of tickets. One it’s “normal” and second it’s “overbooking list”
    but the plugin give me a info according how many tickets is book in “normal” list and how many tickets in list “overbooking”
    I thinks this is a little issue

  • Watching this, as I have a similar issue, where we need to limit maximum amount of users to 25 after this has reaced including pending no further bookings allowed.

    Sounds like we have a sim requirement here!

    Hi,

    Under option Events > Settings > Bookings > General Options > Allow overbooking when approving

    If you get a lot of pending bookings and you decide to allow more bookings than spaces allow, setting this to yes will allow you to override the event space limit when manually approving.
