Overcharging for shipping?

    One of my customers paid $16.10 for priority mail shipping of a 1.4 lbs pair of pants to georgia, but when I go to buy the labels from usps it says its only $12.10. Is there a reason why the pricing is off?

    Hi @parava,

    In your USPS Live Rates settings, do you have insurance/commercial pricing enabled?

    Do you have any discount rates assigned to your USPS account? Currently, with the use of our plugin, you can decide whether to use USPS Commercial Pricing (if available) or standard rates. But unfortunately, it is not possible to display discounted rates in the free version.
