Overcomplicated and messy

    Why this monster of a plugin is being forced on people I have no idea. We were about to go live with a client website and this popped up.

    The current version prior to this works fine for all clients, is simple, and doesn’t require lots of extra fields to be filled in like this new one.

    It seems like re-engineering the wheel when the wheel turns perfectly ok as it is. It definitely doesn’t feel production-ready, as other reviewers have said.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    Could you provide more details as to what makes the plugin “overcomplicated and messy” in your view? I’m also not sure which “lots of extra fields” you are referring to.
    The onboarding will be revamped to provide more options to choose between a basic and an advanced onboarding setup.
    But in any case, the setup process is supposed to only take a few clicks and we’d like to learn more about your experience with it or what made it difficult to use for you.
