overflow problem

    I am having this problem with the side bar. i have colored the sidebar for visual purpose. the text is over flowing to the left of the #side div. the ‘ized and ies’ you see is the overflown text which is hidden right now.

    please tell me why it is over flowing to the left when my height is also auto.
