Overlap sidebar with navigation

  • I want to overlap the left sidebar with the navigation. So the left sidebar starts at the top.

    This site is and will be responsive.

    Any direction on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

    If it helps, I created the theme using Artisteer 4.2.
