Overlay Button not clickable

  • Dear support

    we tried to use your plugin because of some interesting features. We are also interested in using premium functions. Problem is that overlaychat button is not clickable in frontend.

    We are using WP 5.xx and Enfold 4.5.2 theme. Any idea how to fix?

    UPDATE: Either on mobile or Desktop working. Button is there but nothing happens on click. Best Regards Marc

    –> if we activate plugin we can see the error in developer console “jquery is not defined”, maybe that helps….

    I have the same issue. I even tested their demo on my mobile and it doesn’t work
    ??
