• Hello!
The overlay effect when displaying the pop up starts below the horizontal menu of my website. Is it possible to make it show on the whole page? Thanks in advance.

    Hi there @martae85,

I took a look at the site to check the pop-up, but it currently appears to be “Closed” and in vacation-mode.

From your description, it sounds like perhaps the default pop-up functionality/styling may not be compatible with your site’s active theme. By default, the pop-up HTML would be added within the post content element of the page. Depending on the page structure / styling, you would likely need some custom CSS to adjust the display, or may possibly need something more.

When your site is live again, please let us know and we can take a look. However, please note that it may not be possible to provide a custom snippet to do what you are trying to do.

Hello! I can’t open the website until this is fixed, getting a response from you takes a long time, which I understand, but I can’t let the customers see it unfinished :/
Ok, I understand that the overlay is shown only in the post content area, but is it possible to make it take all the content (header, body and footer) with css?
Also, the form in the mobile version is not shown centered, how can I solve it? Thank you.
