Overlay Image Divi Module pop up tools on admin isn’t opening

Are you referring to another plugin/module when you say ‘Hover Divi Module’?

Also it would be really helpful if you can share a link to the page where I can check the issue.

Hi, sorry if you didn’t understand. Let me rephrase it.

The problem is happening on the admin side, and it’s about your plugin.
When we create a new page from the back office, we are able to create the hover design we want, but, when we publish the page and go back to this page on the admin to update some info, it’s not possible to access/open your module. The divi pop allowing to make changes isn’t opening.

Exemple on this page: https://www.circuitmagnycours.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=30943&action=edit&lang=fr. If you try to open your module “Overlay Image”, nothing will happen.

How can I share you FTP access and website admin credentials in an anonymous way?

Looks like you are using the Classic Divi Builder, the old backend builder. Please try using the New Backend Builder or the Visual Builder to access module settings.
