Overlay image/frame on top of Google Map

  • I can’t figure out a way to place an image that acts as a frame over top of a Google Map.

    Basically, I want a car dash (curved) on the bottom and visors on top (irregular). Then the Google map would be occupying the windshield.

    Is there a plugin that will allow me to do this?

    I really appreciate any feedback.
