Overlay not working

    On https://www.herbalremedies.co.za/ I have one popup, bottom right, calling a second popup (a form requesting a call-back). For some reason, I cannot get the overlay to work on the second popup. Any idea why?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I viewed your site and saw two popups. One is the call-back-form, and the other is call-back-cta. In my understanding, you want the overlay to enable on the other popup. If yes, kindly ensure both popups are using the same Popup Theme.

    Then on the pop call back form, kindly enable the fixed position. It is under the popup settings > Position > Display. Please ensure that Disable Overlay and Stackable are enabled on the popup as well. It is under the Display > Advanced tab.

    For the popup call-back-cta, kindly enable the fixed position. Please ensure that the disable overlay and stackable are not selected for this popup.
