Overlay post title on featured image

  • Hello,

    I’d like to overlay the post title on the featured image (thumbnail); when the mouse is roll-over that particular image.

    My site is pretty centered around images/photos so it would be helpful to the audience to be able to know what each image is about.

    Please, if someone could point me in the right direction; whether it be a plugin that I can D/L or CSS..ANYTHING will help..
