I have a simple form that has been running without issue for a few years, but recently some entries show up in my email upwards of 10 times — the same submitted form. Others seem fine, with just one copy appearing. Any thoughts on what might be happening and if it could be the form?

    Thanks!

  • Hello @betyonfire,

    Thanks for contacting us!

It appears that the issue you’re facing might be caused when the user reloads the page. Basically, when the page reloads or the user refreshes the page, the browser considers this to repeat the last performed request to the server addressed in the URL bar. So, if the last request was “submitting the form” then the browser will repeat the same action. For that reason, the browser gives an alert box that if you would like to repeat the last action. https://a.supportally.com/RsVDw7

In case you would like to prevent the page from refreshing, you can enable “AJAX form submission” under Settings > General. For more details, please see our guide here.

    Thanks!
