Seems to happen on and off, but not sure as the site goes down and have to get it up. Downgrading from Woocommerce 3.2.1 to 3.1.2 seems to have helped but not sure, it’s only been a few hours and waiting to see if it will spike again or not. Issue happened a couple days ago after upgrading some plugins and adjusting some settings so not sure if the Woocommerce update caused the conflict or not.

Likewise, after installing WP Crontrol to look into the issue – the http_worker_cron cron task (set by this plugin) was set to run every 3 minutes!?

Am disabling the plugin until some sane limits are put in place, maybe an update every hour – 12 hours?

We are having the same problem. Ended up having to disable this plugin. Has anyone found another cause or is this plugin pretty much it?

Hi same here…site was already 2x blocked by siteground…
I tried to adjust the cron settings from 3 minutes to half an hour, but it did not work.

Hey everyone, thanks for continuing to keep this thread updated.

Given that this issue seems to be presenting itself on the backend, I would recommend reaching out in our Github for the plugin to share these issues directly with our development team. Including this logging as well as the WooCommerce System Status Report to share your site’s details will be a great help in getting things accurately diagnosed.

If you do encounter any unexpected behavior with the plugin’s functionality or how it’s sending information back over to MailChimp, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’m glad to help further however possible.
