• Documentation is sorely lacking, especially in regards to migrating a multisite network. Do not recommend.

  • Hi @spunkster

Sorry, you ran into issues! We didn’t see any requests for help in the forums or from the help ticket system. Let us know if you need any help! In this case, since the plugin does not “officially” support MU, we would need to help with post configuration issues. It looks like you may have accidentally missed the notice we put on the scan page during the build process which says:

    Multisite: Unsupported
Duplicator does not support WordPress multisite migrations. We recommend using Duplicator Pro which currently supports full multisite migrations and subsite to standalone site migrations.

While it is not recommended you can still continue with the build of this package. Please note that at install time additional manual custom configurations will need to be made to finalize this multisite migration.

We have currently only kept this enabled based on feedback from several requests from the WordPress community. Base on this review we will try and make the notice more visible as it looks like you may have not seen it. Since the product doesn’t officially support multisite we hope you can reconsider your vote and please reach out for help if you decide to try us again in the future.

    Thanks~
