• Signed up for a trial of pro email support, got an error from 2Checkout. Cancelled order, reordered and got charged $9 right away. Support emails are short and cryptic, like written by your rude IT guy at the office.

    Cancelled support after not getting a trial and deeming $100 a year for 24 hour email “support” not worth it. Two days after cancelling, I got charged again, then the next month, again. I settled for 2 months of free Plus status, but I still can’t post in the forums, and have no assurance that I am not going to be charged again.

    The support I am getting “for free” right now is not as described. Now it seems, they are just not responding any more.

    All of the themes are the same. Options are not that good. I would stay away. Every other theme I have used has so much more for $40-$50. Their “Pro” Slider has no transitions options. NONE. And they don’t crop your photo at all, only distorts them to the size you specify.

    Apparently you can’t revise rating or reviews. Sorry Cyberchimps. They have made an effort to make things right. I am still not a huge fan of the themes for the prices, but support is coming around.
    4 Stars for effort.
