override Css

Hello, any help would be quite appreciated.

I found no way to override the plugin style.css and the look and behaviour of the cookies banner in my page. I read that the right way to override a plugin css is enqueue/dequeue as here: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/101037/how-do-i-cleanly-override-a-plugins-css-with-a-child-theme

None of those articles says how should I retrieve the so-called “plugin-style-handle”, for your plugin. The Css is called style.css as many others in my site, and referring to it with a path doesn’t help. Can you help me find it?
