Override CSS file not work

    Hi, I am trying to override some css file, But this does not work.
    I copied css file to my child theme with correct hierarchy, also there is other files which works and override.
    But css file does not override.

    Its local installed and I can not share public link. sorry

    This is not a theme, this is a plugin. You cannot override files like this.

    On your case override styles and paste it in any CSS file
