override default woocommerce pages?

No it doesn’t, WooCustomizer simply adds the extra functionality you want by using the available WooCommerce hooks, php and CSS.

I am using this theme and theme provider doesn’t support the woocommerce.

No it does not override the Woo Pages.

It will add changes you choose, but it uses the theme shop design, so I suggest maybe rather finding a theme that does support WooCommerce.
