    Hi,
I install this plugin and want to custom email templates.
To custom email templates I follow this https://wedevs.com/docs/wp-project-manager/developer-docs/customize-email-templates-project-manager/ , for the same.
I follow all the steps that was mention in this doc.
I made a folder named cpm in my theme folder and copy the email folder in cpm directory.

But when i am doing some custom work in the email template file, it is not taking that email template file, it is using the default plugin email template file.
Please let me know is there any step that i am missing why it is not taking this email template file even all the email templates files is in folder called cpm.

    Thanks & regards

    Hi,

    Thank you for the information.

Actually, the email templates are located in the free version of the plugin.
The Project Manager email templates are located at wp-content>plugins>wedevs-projcet-manager>views>emails then you can customize the templates as you want.

If you have further question feel free to contact us.

    Best regards ??

    Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I agree this We can customize by

The Project Manager email templates are located at wp-content>plugins>wedevs-projcet-manager>views>emails

    Will you elaborate about this-
Because I follow this and if it can not be possible why is there.

How to override the email templates for Project Manager

    Step 1:
By default the Project Manager email templates are located at wp-contentpluginswedevs-project-manager-proviewsemails directory. Now we have to copy the emails directory and paste it here wp-contentthemes[your_theme_name]cpm. You will need to create the directory cpm there first.
    Step 2:
Edit the template files from here for all future purposes and leave the emails folder in the plugins untouched. Now no matter how many times you update the plugin, your customized templates will not be lost.

    Hi @lalitavalon,
Thanks for your patience. I have followed the steps required to customize the email templates and it works for me.
I think you have made some mistakes in file and folder names. Please checks file and folder names carefully. Hope that it will fix the issue.

    Good Luck ??
