Override fees at product level

Hello,
Thanks for the great plugin.
I am wondering if there is a setting that allows you to override the shipping fees (they are set up by price range), at the product level. There are a few products my client would like to change to a different shipping class, even though they are in a different price range. There is the option to choose a different shipping class in the product settings but any changes seem to be overridden by the price of the product. I hope this makes sense.
In teh example page, I have set the product to be in the next price range shipping class but when you add it to the cart the shipping price remains in the lower price range shipping class.
