Override 'MyAccount' redirect for my custom role

Hello,

I used last version of woocommerce and wp.

I created a new custom role > Factory Manager but this one can’t have acces to /wp-admin … Always redirect to /my-account by woocommerce.

If i deactivate Woocommerce Plugin > Factory Manager can have acces to wp dashboard…

What can i do to have Woocommerce activated and my Custom role with access to dashboard ?
Any function or capability to add to my role ?
