Can you please help us to override the template?

  • Hi, Kanhaiya Yaduwanshi
We just pushed an update that allows to override the order detail template, at the root of the theme create a folder called email-template-customizer, create a subdirectory order-items, then create a template file style-1.php to override the old template
like this pic on link below
    https://prnt.sc/1eaabc6
Why don’t you use template 2 or 3 it is much pretier
like is pic on link below

    Hi, kc1995
I tried to override the template as you suggested while creating a folder in the theme but there is no impact. We also checked (https://prnt.sc/1eabzvz) but didn’t see the purchase note in the default template layout.

    Hi, Kanhaiya Yaduwanshi
First of all can you take a photo of your folder we need to see if it has the correct folder layout.
Second, to appear like this site https://prnt.sc/1eabzvz you have to press Preview to load that order and inside that order, it must contain products containing purchased note
    Best regards

    Hi, Kanhaiya Yaduwanshi
Are you testing on this type default. https://prnt.sc/1f11mzu
If that’s right, so you should override template on woocommerce like this pic on link below.
    https://prnt.sc/1f1dql7
Then you go to theme > woocommerce > emails > email-order-items.php like this pic on link below
    https://prnt.sc/1f1ebq8
    We hope that can help.
    Best regards

    Hi, kc1995
Actually, I designed the processing order email template using the plugin (Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce) but there is no option to adjust the purchase note so I checked in the plugin file – email-template-customizer-for-woo/includes/templates/order-items/style-1.php. now I would like to override this file. I hope you understand my problem. Please suggest.
