Override Templates

    Hello, I’m trying to update my custom template (xoo-wsc-footer.php) after plugin update.

    After updating from Version 1.0.2 to Version 2.1 my custom template didn’t work anymore. I replaced the old file by the new one by the changes I did hasn’t any effect.

    Is it still an available feature?

    I need to add a short text and a link for the gift wrap option. How could I achieve that please?

    Hello Hugo,

    Yes, you can still override templates however the template structure has changed.

    Plugin template files are under templates folder.
Copy the template to your theme/templates/side-cart-woocommerce folder
If the template file is under sub directory, say in /globals folder then the copy directory will be
theme/templates/side-cart-woocommerce/globals/ For more info, check template header description
