Override The Theme’s Original Email Template

  • My theme sends html email using its style.(with header, logo and footer). How to override it and make all emails using Email Templates?

    (p.s. Now the emails received has two headers and two footers….:-)

    I understand that if you have activate our plugin then you have 2 headers ( 1 of our plugin and other of your theme), is ok?

    Ok you need to located where does your theme add the header and the footer, say me what theme is it?

    Hi @marcol99 what you need to do is ask your theme’s support how to disable HTML emails.
