Override tp-testimonials.php in child theme

Am I able to override the tp-testimonials.php file in my child theme? I tried creating a folder (super-testimonial) into the child theme, and then I added a copy of the tp-testimonials.php file, but my edit isn’t showing up. It only works if I directly edit the original tp-testimonials.php file.

All I am trying to do is add the company name after the the job title in Theme 1.
