• Hi I did see this thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/use-with-widget-logic/ that you do not “honor” the plugin Widget logic. Then I guess it is the same with the plugin I am trying, User Role editor. I have access settings on my widgets to show or not show depending on peoples user role and if they are logged in or not. But when I try your plugin it doesn′t care about those access setting, but show all plugins to everybody. Correct? Any solution?

Yes, that was a deliberate decision so that while you control the widget display on the sidebar with Widget Logic or similar plugins, you could still use the shortcode elsewhere.

Thinking about it, since Arbitrary widget area is not shown anywhere on the site, could change the plugin behavior so that only widgets in Arbitrary area honor the display logic configured for widgets, though I’m worried if that causes further confusion.

Sorry, not 100 % sure what you suggest, for my need I want access role settings to always function, both in the sidebar and with a shortcode in a custom area.

But for right now I had to move on and have found another solution. I will check your plugin again in the future and see if something has changed with function.
