Overriding links
-
Using Shareaholic 6.1.5.1.
In FF and Chrome, discovered that Shareaholic is overriding the Video links in the body content. Each image in the body content links to a video.View the website in FF or Chrome here.
This picture shows the shareholic overlay: linkHave had Shareaholic on the site for 1+ years. This issue just started occurring.
You can hover over the first few pixels of the 2 top images and the links work, but because Shareholic overlays the rest of the content, the links for all the other images no longer work.
I tried overriding the css for .shareaholic-recommendations-container and .shareaholic-recommendations-header within my style.css to move the margins down, but to no avail (perhaps I don’t have it right), so took out the css in my style.css that I added.
Inspect Element in FF is saying that it’s the css in your recommendations.css file that appears to be offsite??? When I clicked off …bhn4.cloudfront.net/assets/pub.recommendations.css, through the FF style editor, I was able to hover and get the links for all the images. But then the styling is off on “you may also like images” :-(.
What can we do to make my client happy and continue to use your plugin?
Thanks,
skippywp
