Overriding Table Rate Shipping by Product

I’ve been using WordPress and WooCommerce for a client for a number of years without a problem. Until a month ago. My client introduced a new product a magazine. The weight is 200gm but the envelope size is for a large letter (I’m in the UK) which gives a higher price. I know that the sizes are entered by product but these don’t seem to have any relevance to table rate shipping.
The obvious answer is to have the ability to set an override price for a product or category of products. Woocommerce are pushing Table Rate Pro which indicates that I can do this but on the test system I cant see any option.
Is this possible?
