    Hi,
Menu Appearance / Customize / Woocommerce / Archives (hopes it’s right in EN) enables to define images dimensions.
When using Storefront, and looking at store ON DESKTOPS (ie product archives), the served images have the size defined in before mentioned settings. Whatever the browser.
When looking at those archives on mobile, the delivered sizes of product images are completely different. Indeed, they are oversized, and vary according to the browser. On Edge, they are 350 wide matching my settings. On firefox, they are above (680)! On chrome, the leader, size varies, but are all above 1000!!!
Could you clarify this … mess?
    Kind regards

  • Hello,

Can you try deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Hi,
Sorry, I did not get the first message, but the 2nd. Issue on your side, re. email deliverability?
Of course, I tried with 0 plugin but woocommerce, and it’s not plugin related
    Kind regards

    Hi @polina92!

In that case, to further check into this, kindly provide us the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
    • Thanks!
