    Hi,
I just start using MLA. Before this I used the Enhanched Media Library. I use the plugin to give the media a category so I can make galleries bases on categories (that is the main reason).
I couldn’t get this done with the EML so I switch to MLA and protonic.

What I liked about the EML is the possibility to filter the library on categories so in 1 view you could see only the media with category X
I miss that in MLA. I found how to get the category listed in the library (screensettings) but I would be great to have the possiblilty to filter by category

Found it.. I had choosen the option to filter the category at settings, but checked the settings again and it was unchosen now. Choose it again, checked all the other options and now I have a filter option on top of the table.. COOL!

Thanks for posting the update with the solution you worked out. As you found, the “Support” checkbox must be checked before you can select the taxonomy for your filtering.

You can also click on a value in the “Att. Categories” or “Categories” column of the Media/Assistant submenu table to filter the display by that value. Either way will work.

Please update this topic if you have any problems or further questions about filtering the display by taxonomy value. Thanks for your interest in the plugin.
