Overview Page Blank After Upgrade to WPS 10

@greg no, I’m not a wordpress user expert, so I prefer not to touch the database. Shouldn’t your last update automatically solve the problem?

The update will prevent the problem from occurring again, but if it is already committed to the database you may need to flush that out.

I’m waiting for confirmation back that deleting the key solves the problem and it doesn’t re-occur. Then in the next release I’ll include an option to delete the keys through the optimization page.

Yes, I would much rather wait for a release that fixes everything too, instead of trying to meddle with stuff I have no idea about ;/

my Overview Page is Blank too

updated to v 10.0.1 and the “Overview” page is still empty…

Yep, same problem here. Upgrading to 10.0.1 does not fix the issues.
Empty widgets and running wheels.

sql query that fixes issue for me:

delete from wp_usermeta where meta_key=’meta-box-order_toplevel_page_wps_overview_page’;

10.0.2 is out which includes code to flush the key if it finds a corrupted one.

Hi. The Overview shows up now, but it does look and feel a bit strange. Sizes of widgets are weird. Maybe I’m wrong. Also it shows now how those widgets are loading, which I have not noticed before.
The other thing is that if I try to select any of these: Visitor – Yesterday; Visitor – Last 7 Days (Week), Visitor – Last 30 Days (Month), or any of these I get this error:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Any ideas?

Can you provide a screen shot of what you think is incorrect sizing?

The insufficient permissions is a bug, it will be resolved in the next release.

No problem, I’ll probably wait a day or two before releasing the next version just in case anything else pops up.

Now I am getting a Error establishing a database connection. Nothing else was changed in the last few days except this plugin. Any idea on how to repair it?
