Overview Page Blank After Upgrade to WPS 10

Can you try another browser?

I just tried IE 11 and no luck. Everything worked until I tried to reorder the stats on the overview page. Now everything is gone. But even after trying to reorder, overview still displayed. Only when I left that screen and returned to it I found it blank.

Can you check the values for the following two values in your wp_usermeta table:

closedpostboxes_toplevel_page_wps_overview_page
metaboxhidden_toplevel_page_wps_overview_page

The value for both are: a:0:{}

Can you delete them and see if that helps?

Ok, I’ve been able to reproduce the issue, delete the meta-box-order_toplevel_page_wps_overview_page setting.

Don’t reorder the widgets for the time being and I’ll track down what’s going wrong.

Greg, removing the meta-box-order_toplevel_page_wps_overview_page setting in the table wp_ieqx_usermeta has restored the overview page as you noted. Thank you so much for your help, and have a great weekend!

OK, I am sorry, but how the “mortals” do that, I mean, how can I delete this setting? Where is it? I also get a blank page after trying to rearrange the overview as all the info came into a big and long column. Thank you.

Same Problem here. Overview is empty after update…

go to phpmyadmin than select your database than click on search than write “meta-box-order_toplevel_page_wps_overview_page” without qoutes select all tables and hit search than you will see table below select it and hit delete. you have congrats successfully deleted meta-box-order_toplevel_page_wps_overview_page table and fixed the overview blank issue.

Ok, I’ve fixed the issue in my dev environment and just have a weird display issue to track down on the widget titles.

I should have a new version released later tonight or tomorrow at the latest to resolve the issue.

I’ve just release 10.0.1 which should address the issue.

I am still getting an overview blank page, even with 10.0.1. Is any there any other step involved? Thanks.

Try deleteing the “meta-box-order_toplevel_page_wps_overview_page” as above.

As Photocommand also I am still getting an overview blank page, even with 10.0.1. How Can I solve this?
