    Hello,

    I noticed that after 6pm US Central Time the plugin no longer tracks visitors. Could you suggest how to troubleshoot this?

    Hi @lov4mu6,

    Could you please confirm whether you’re using the latest version of WP Statistics (v14.12.1)?

    This issue should be resolved in our most recent update.

    Thank you for letting us know!

    Could you please provide the following information for us when the issue occurs?

    • Server time
    • Local time
    • Timezone settings (navigate to Settings > General)
    • The time displayed in Settings > General

    Additionally, could you perform a hard reload (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) and check if the data is displayed correctly?

    Please note that the data is recorded regardless of the current time. The issue may be related to how the data is being fetched and displayed.
