Overwrite post by regular emails

Hello, I would love to use this plugin. I want to upload a food menu every week to my site and publish it as a page every week, however every time the email is sent, it created a new page even if I use the same subject of the email. Since the link would be in the main navigation menu, I don’t want it to change every time. Any idea how would I be able to do this or just overwrite the page with new email every time? Thank you.
