Overwritten old with new wordpress version – DB still exists – can I restore?

Hi,
I accidentally installed a new WP version supposed to be for another domain on my domain.

The old database files all still exist.

There is no backup.

I deleted the new data base files.

Now, when I try to access the page, it prompts me to install wordpress.

How can I restore the old content?
