I have not come across this error before – what is the link of your page so I can have a look?

    Hi!

    You can find it here
    https://beta.battilanifirenze.com/it/battilani-artificium/

at the bottom of the page I inserted your slider shortcode.

    Thank you

Well first suggestion (not related to Slide Anything) is that your page size is huge -its 35MB – see:
    https://tools.pingdom.com/#5ab0091cbb000000
With some image optimiztion, you should be able to get it down to 5-10MB and it will load way quicker (try 80% JPeg optimization, and no images need to be over 1920pixels wide unless you want a zoom feature)

Regarding Slide Anything, I see that you do have a JavaScript error on the page – press “CTRL” + “SHIFT” + “J” keys together to show the JavaScript Console. It’s occurring in a file “countries.js” which resides within your Child Theme – so maybe try disabling whatever this feature is to see what happens.

    Other things to try:
    1) Uncheck the ‘Loop Slider’ checkbox
    2) Checking the ‘DOMContentLoaded event’ checkbox (under Other Settings)

    Thank you.

i did try all of these things, including removing the countries.js file

unfortunately, nothing worked! I have the same error still.

any other advice would be appreciated ??

Thank you again for your help

Where are you seeing this error message?
    In the WordPress Dashboard?

If that’s the case then for me to investigate this I’ll have to log into your site – you could send me a message via the contact form on the bottom of this page:

I see that in the console
if you inspect the slider, it shows in the html markup that items are cloned.
