Own custom post statuses to properties

Hi I would like to ask, how can I add some personal custom post statuses, to properties? When I go to all properties>detail of a property, in right top chart there are date of publication, submit button, and post status. I have there only published, draft and deleted. I need to add there few personal statuses. How can I do that? Thank you!
