    Hello everyone,

Is it possible to create an additional favicon for the shop page only, in addition to the favicon for the website?
Without a plugin, please. Possibly with php?

    I’m happy about every idea.

    Best regards
    Eva

    Hello Eva,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I see you’re interested in setting up an additional favicon specifically for your shop page, which is different from the favicon used on the rest of your website.

This article on CSS-Tricks may be particularly helpful for you: Dynamic Favicons for WordPress. It provides an overview of how you could potentially use PHP and WordPress hooks to alter the favicon for specific pages on your site.

Please note that while we strive to be as helpful as possible, we do not provide support for custom code. Implementing custom PHP code can have implications for your site’s functionality and maintenance, so we recommend consulting with a professional web developer to ensure everything works smoothly and according to your expectations.

If you have any further questions or require assistance with anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out. ??

    Have a great day!

    Hello Zubahir Zahid,
many thanks for the help and the link.
I thought it would be easier ??
I’ll stick with a single favicon for now.
But knowing me, I’m sure I’ll tackle the problem again soon ??
    Best regards
    Eva
