    Hi,

I’ve been setting up new user accounts on a couple of my sites and just noticed my own IP has just been reported for brute force attacks, and is banned (assuming temporary lockout?). I was changing passwords and logging in and out quite a bit so this has no doubt triggered the response.

I thought I had alreayd whitelisted the IP though, so I whitelisted again and it confirmed it was already on whitelist.

Any suggestions on what to do so my IP doesn’t go onto any blacklists?

    Thanks!

I just noticed on theblacklist page for the IP it states “Record … queued for deletion at 2022-01-15 03:58:01 GMT if no new spam activity is found.”, so at least it will drop off then. Anything else that I can do in the meantime?

I’m logged in to my site currently but afraid to logout in case I can;t get back in again.
