On my dashboard I see multiple entries like this, and the IP is currently blocked:

216.38.55.000 server.xxxxxxxxx.com 19 mins ago Probing for vulnerable PHP

… the trouble is, this is my OWN server where the website itself is hosted. What’s all that about?

EDIT: my wp-cron plugin is at fault

EDIT EDIT: is there a way to allow my wp-cron plugin? It checks for failed scheduled posts. It’s called ‘Scheduled Post Trigger’.

I’ve added my server IP to the White IP Access List, will this do the job? I’m not sure how to find out if that plugin is using REST API, does that matter?

    Hi!

If your wp-cron is the cause, then it’s a false positive. You need to enable “Use White IP Access List” on the Traffic Inspector settings page to get it work.

Thanks, it was disabled. Do I also need to specifically add my server IP to the White IP Access List or not?

Yes. BTW your wp-cron plugin sends weird requests, so Cerber consider them as suspicious.

Great, thanks for the answer and for your brilliant plugin, we were drowning in bots before this!
