Own total cashe css above the fold

hello,
Im trying to remove js and css from above the fold. Managed to minify all js completlym that part is fine, also minifieed all the css but have the problem with own total cashe css file that originates from https://www.mydomain/wp-content/cache/minify/000000/c0d3e/default.include.be8606.css
somehoiw it still shows to apear in an above the fold.
tried lots of things but no change.
Does someone knows how to fix this.
