    Hello!

Love the new plugin, and its look. I have created my own dashboard and added the shortcodes. However, I cannot save the customer dashboard page within Oyxgen Builder edit mode. Oxygen gives an error. I am able to create new pages, edit in Oxygen, and save with no issues. For some reason, this customer dashboard is giving some issues.

EDIT: I removed the blocks, and I was able to save in Oxygen edit mode. But the shortcode is not displaying. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

    Hi Kkitran!

Oxygen has some special functionality called “Shortcode Wrappers”. You’ll need to use both a shortcode wrapper and shortcode element to create the dashboard. First create a shortcode wrapper for the [sc_customer_dashboard_page][/sc_customer_dashboard_page] shortcode. Then add your modules inside. You are likely seeing a blank screen since the wrapper is needed to show the login form for non-logged in users.

    Thanks Adam! Thanks Andre!

Yes, this is exactly what I have done and the same results nothing, unfortunately.

Do you have any screenshots or anything you can share?

    Here’s the shortcode wrapper:

And I placed the shortcodes inside a section:

Can you see if you have any javascript errors or anything on your front-end, too? You can see this in your browser console.

Not sure why it doesn’t work for me. Oxygen and Surecart are up to date. I have no other plugins enabled. I am using PHP 7.4.1 and WordPress is up to date.

It shows in the block editer however when I updated the page and refreshed some dashboard elements disappeared.

I have deleted whatever I’ve done in Oxygen Builder Edit Mode and tried to click save within the editor and got this error “Error occurred while saving. Please contact support.”

For some reason, this customer dashboard is cursed, lol. I created a page for the checkout, and the shortcode worked fine.

Hi @kkitran , I just tried Andres’ method out and it works fine for me. Are you sure youre using shorcode wrapper -> shortcode ? Also make sure you update the plugin to the latest version as my shortcodes didn’t work until this update

Man so weird. Yes, plugins, wordpress, and all are updated. Yes, I am using the shortcode wrapper and shortcode. I guess I’m the only one to have this problem, but I don’t know why.

Hi @kkitran I was just doing some tests with the Surecart plugin. I even got the shortcodes to work by pasting all of them including the [sc_customer_dashboard_page] into 1 shortcode wrapper without the need of a shortcode inside. All of these didn’t work before the update.

Thanks @wpcrafter for this solid product. I reproduced the same custom dashboard as i had with woo but it saved me 3-4 sec on the mobile load time. The user account was the only place where the speed wasnt as good as the rest of the site but now it’s not an issue!

I am on Version 1.1.11. It still doesn’t work for me. :((

Everything else has been working fine. It’s only the customer dashboard shortcodes that aren’t working. It might be Oxygen, but it’s also updated, so I have no idea.

Hmmmm… maybe the theme is doing something? I know Oxygen bypasses the theme, but maybe there is a content filter that is happening here still. What theme are you using?

I am using theme 2022. Yes, it could be Oxygen. I have disabled every other plugin besides Surecart and Oxygen, and I cannot get this shortcode wrapper to work.

    Hi @kkitran,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

We have released an update that will fix this.

You can update to the latest version and you won’t face this again.

    Best,
