I need help with slideshow

Hello All,
I’m new to wordpress and i would to get the wordpress theme as shown here.
However my site dose not show the slideshow or the black menu on the side. The site is for my local church, a small charity helping the people of london and im trying to help them.
Please help me solve this problem.
